Delivery & Shipping
All deliveries are dispatched after 1-4 business days. However, during sales periods, a slightly longer delivery time may occur. Normally, your order will be dispatched the following day if we receive it before 12 noon.
All shipping is via GLS. We send all items as parcel post, which makes it possible for both you and us to track the package in the event of a problem. On islands without bridges, the items will be delivered to the nearest GLS Parcel Shop. The items are insured during shipping and upon receipt, please check the contents of the package. Should the package or the contents - or both - be damaged when you receive it, you must report it to GLS immediately, or no later than 2 days after your receipt and then return the package to us. ASP-HOLMBLAD A/S is not liable for damaged items during transport. The item is always packaged safely and securely so that damage during transport is minimized as much as possible.
Delivery to addresses in Denmark: Free shipping over 500 DKK. For purchases under 500 DKK, a fee of 49 DKK (75 DKK for private delivery) will be added to cover shipping costs. However, if you purchase for over 500 DKK, we will deliver your shipment free of charge. You can also choose to have your package sent to your private or business address (or your workplace), so you do not have to visit one of GLS's parcel shops.

Where did my package go? If your package unfortunately does not arrive or you are impatient, please contact us on tel. 43 22 96 96 or at Webshop@asp-holmblad.dk. Just remember to find out your order number when contacting us by phone or email. It is better to call once too many than once too few. We will be happy to help you in case of problems with a missing package.
