When can I expect to receive my package?
When your package has been shipped from here, you will automatically receive an email at the email address you provided when ordering. The email contains, among other things, a Track & Trace number at the top of the order confirmation. If you go to
www.gls.dk, you can see how far your package is.
The money has been deducted, but I have not yet received my package?
If the money has been deducted, it means that your package has been shipped: At the same time, you should also have received a confirmation email with a Track & Trace number. The money will not be deducted from your card until the package has been shipped. If you go to

I have made two different orders. Can they be combined so that I only have to pay the shipping once?
If we have not shipped your package yet, we will see that you have made 2 orders and ensure that they are sent in one package.
I have received the wrong item/the wrong quantity?
If upon receiving your package you discover that you have received the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please contact us by phone at +45 43 22 96 96 or webshop@asp-holmblad.dk., so that we can correct the error.
I have regretted my purchase, would like to return my package/parts of my order or perhaps have a new item?
You can easily return one, more or all items from your order as you have a 14-day right of return on your purchase, from receipt. You just have to make sure to do it within this 14-day period. Please enclose a cover letter with your name, email and telephone number so that we can contact you and ensure that we have understood what you want. If the returned item is received unused and undamaged, you will receive your money back within 1-3 banking days on the card you originally paid with. *Please note that you will not receive a refund of the shipping costs if you regret your purchase or parts of your purchase. We recommend that you send the package with a Track & Trace number. This way, it is insured by GLS or Postnord.
Can the money be returned directly to my payment card?
Yes, you will receive your money back within 1-3 banking days on the card you originally paid with. Please note that we do not refund money for shipping (neither from ASP-Holmblad to you nor from you to ASP-Holmblad.
How long does it take from when I ask for the money back until it is deposited into my account?
We will process your case as soon as possible after your inquiry, and you will receive your money back after 1-3 banking days.
How quickly will I receive my package?
If the item is in stock, we will send the package to you within 1-4 business days. If the item is a made-to-order item, the delivery time can be up to 14 days. If so, we will call you so that you know what to expect.
Is it safe to shop online?
All VISA-Dankort information and personal information such as name and address are sent encrypted over the Internet via SSL. The only information we have access to is your name, address, phone number and email, so that we can send your package and contact you if necessary.
I do not have a credit card, can I pay in other ways?

Is my information shared with 3rd parties?
No, we never pass on or sell our customers' information. GLS is only aware of the information that is necessary to get your shipment to you correctly.
