Return policy

Should you regret your purchase, you have 14 days full right of return after receiving the goods. When returning goods, please fill out the form for returned goods.

If you regret your purchase within the first 14 days, you have an additional 14 days from that time to return the goods.

Furthermore, other goods can be returned even if the packaging is broken or the goods have been used. In such cases, ASP-HOLMBLAD A/S can deduct the depreciation, which can vary considerably from product to product.

You must cover the costs of returning the goods yourself. This means that we only accept goods where payment has been made for the delivery of the goods. The return can also be made by refusing receipt.

*Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret your meat or parts of your purchase.

Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account or the account from which the purchase was made. We will only refund the credit card with which the items were purchased. This is done to avoid illegal use of stolen credit cards. Remember to keep your receipt for the item shipped.
